General Rules and Permissions

-My work is for personal and private use only. Commercial use in any way, shape, or form will result in an immediate blacklist unless we negotiate a commercial fee beforehand.

-This includes making merchandise with and using my designs for profit.

-I retain the rights to my art for things such as display in my portfolio, advertising, commisson examples, etc.. Upon request I won't post and/or attribute the commission to my custom.

-Do not steal/claim/ trace my art.

-Do not edit or change my art at all.

-Cropping and resizing for things such as icons are alright however.

-Do not claim my art and designs as your own or reupload it anywhere without a linked credit.

-Do not remove my signature or watermark.

-Minting NFTs of my art is strictly prohibited.

-Using my work in AI training is strictly prohibited.

-Please have patience and respect that I am only human, commissions should take no longer than two months but if any extenuating circumstances come up in my life I will alert you about possible delays.

I reserve the right to deny any commission I see fit, and at any time.

Regarding All Commissions

-The buyer must provide neat, pre-made references; I will not accept descriptions for references. References are preferably digital and colored.

-References such as photos / picrews with color palettes are also acceptable.

-Complex references may be simplified.

Regarding Custom and Adopted Designs

-Please credit me at least once if you upload additional art of a design you have purchased. (I encourage @ ing me too! I love seeing my designs in use!)

-You can alter the design as you please but I'd prefer it if they stay recognizable.

-You cannot edit the designs original art however.

-Reselling is acceptable given it’s not sold for more than its original price. Trading and gifting is fine. Additional art adds to its value.

-If you trade/ gift/ resell them please notify me as I'd like to keep track of owners.

-It is the responsibility of the design's owner to alert me of any trades/ sales of the design as well as alerting the design's new owner of these terms.

-You may not place your own rules on my designs, once you have sold the design, these same rules and only these rules will apply. You have no right to modify or alter these rules in any way

Payment, Fees, and Cancellations

-I accept payment through PayPal, please do not ask to commission me if you do not immediately have the money ready when I ask you to pay.

-Be prepared to include your email as I will be sending an invoice.

-Payment is expected within three days (72 hours) of the invoice being sent.

-Commissions must be paid upfront- I will begin the piece after being paid in full.

-However, payment plans can be set in place given you ask me beforehand.

-If you need the commission by a certain date there will be a fee to bump it higher on my queue and a possible rush fee that can be negotiated; you must tell me this upfront.

-Commissioners can cancel a commission before I begin sketching it for a 90% refund.

-If I'm the one who must cancel the commission at any time, you will receive a full refund.

Process and Communication

-Progress shots are provided if the commissioner asks. These shots will be heavily sketchy and watermarked, changes can be requested at this stage.

-If you do not ask for a WIP while I'm sketching and I have already begun coloring/ shading , you cannot request any changes.

-Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately canceled with a partial refund based on how much the artwork was completed already.

-Small errors on my part can be fixed given you contact me about it within two weeks of the commission's finishing date.

-If you are unhappy with the finished piece I will not refund you and under no circumstances will I ever redraw an entire commission for free.

Blatant breaking of my TOS will result in blacklisting and banning from any future purchases from me. This includes but is not limited to;

-Filing a chargeback against me.

-Failure to pay/ alert me of a canceled transaction.
